First, it's what people do when they find a product or content valuable. They may not have time in the moment to really dive deep, but they don't want to forget it.
OR
A friend shares with them an awesome Pin and they want to save it for later. Again, so they don't forget.
Saves are intent. Intent to act on what was there before.
We want users to SAVE our pins. ALWAYS!
Why? Because it means we have a second chance to interact with them. Then they might buy our products or join our community.
